Peaceful apartment
Spacious with high ceilings, very responsive and repairs on time, great place to live and worth it. I wish there was swimming pool and gym too.

Nice apartment
I’ve had a great experience at Village Solars Apartments so far. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the apartments are modern and comfortable. The one I am on is 2B2B, which is spacious and view from apartment is amazing.The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and professional. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Cornell, shopping, and restaurants.

Positive experience overall with helpful staff
Solid apartment complex! The maintenance staff is quick and helpful, and the property grounds are always clean and nice to walk through. It's one of the more affordable spots in the area for what you get, from what we found.
Management was flexible with our move timeline with advance notice, though be aware that short-term lease options carry a hefty price jump. The layout is great with plenty of closet and cabinet storage (even without a front coat closet), gets a lot of great natural light,... and has been surprisingly energy efficient to heat and cool. Noise transfer between walls/floors could be better, but overall it’s been a good, comfortable place to live the last few years.

Great place to live
I've had a very positive experience renting with Lifestyle Properties. The property is clean, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Lifestyle Properties to anyone looking for a quality rental in the Ithaca area.
