Management does Not care
You pay your rent and get the worst service. Nothing works consistently. Sometimes you come home and there is no hot water, elevator is broken and won’t be fixed until the next coming weeks…or the heat or AC unit doesn’t work and that takes at least a month to fix. As long as it doesn’t affect them, they do not care. NO security guard in the front lobby for almost a year because they are trying to
cut back and save money. What do we do in case of emergency?

Worst building to live in.
Management doesn’t help you with nothing, building have a lot of issues, residents rob the package, DONT LIVE HERE.

Not Happy
Beautiful building BUT I have been living there since June. All apartments have at least one working air conditioners except mine. I've addressed the issue since I moved in and they are unable to figure out what the problem is.
Now we are expecting a heatwave this week and I must leave the apartment I pay rent for and go stay someone else because it seems no one can figure out the problem.
I'm very unhappy. They allowed residents to move in without having the basic amenities available. ... Not happy. Even to get an extra key to the apartment you pay for is an issue.
