New Liberty Apartments

These apartments are totally exquisite and are located in a prime location in Fredonia. They are located in a close (dead end) meaning, its very quiet and everyone who lives in the apartments knows each other kinda. This is a plus for security especially when one has young children. The apartments are very close to amenities, though the surrounding shops are a little bit expensive compared to areas like Hamburg and Buffalo. However, the rent is quite affordable in comparison to Buffalo. The... maintenance is 24/7 and they are very swift to react and clean the sidewalks, paths during winter. The apartments are very clean tidy. The main problem with these apartments is the heating in winter. Every building has about 6 apartments, and they are heated centrally from one boiler and my oh my, once winter kicks in, one has to basically live in a mill.....there is this dreadful drumming and humming sound that goes on the whole winter....literally 6months of the year because of the lake effect snow. One just needs some ear plugs the whole winter, otherwise kiss goodbye to your sleep. I would rather advise someone to stay in the James Place apartments in the same area, the only difference is, the James place ones have electric heating. One also needs to read the lease carefully, there is this clause about after your 1year lease is over, one has to pay an extra 50$ a month if you decide not to renew your lease and decide to take up the month-to-month option offered to people after one year. Plus the 60 days notice...I totally think 30days are enough notice...
