Renters beware, violent tenants and useless management

Lived here over two years due to school district rules. The unit wasn’t the spacious 3-bedroom we applied for, but a 2-bedroom handed over unfinished, with no blinds, no cabinet knobs, and poor flooring. Had to rent storage because furniture didn’t fit. Roof leaks every winter, mold grows, and management only does temporary fixes. Basement floods with sewage. Extra fees get added unfairly. Some neighbors are friendly, but others are threatening and violent. Drug issues on the property.… Management does nothing. Renters, be aware.

Just moved in

Just settled into my new place and I'm really enjoying it so far! The unit is roomy and nicely renovated modern touches, an efficient layout, and overall just a great space to call home. The property manager has been wonderful too, super attentive and helpful every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with my choice definitely recommend checking this place out if you're on the hunt for an apartment!

Happy tenant

I recently moved in, and I absolutely love my apartment! The property manager, Taeler, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the application to moving in, ensuring everything went smoothly. I would definitely give my experience a 10 out of 10 recommendation!

I lived at Chateau West Apartment for just over a year and loved renting there. It was a real treat to have a nice, two-story apartment!
