Happy tenant

and couldn't be happier so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. My apartment was clean and ready when I arrived, and it already feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with easy access to everything I need in Syracuse. If you're looking for a comfortable place to live with a welcoming management team, I'd definitely recommend checking out Valley Manor. Looking forward to settling in!

man oh man

If I could give this place 0 stars I would no matter how much u complain about anything no one does anything people leave trash in the halls which causes the building to have cockroaches people lie and get away with it and it’s not worth it there is better places out there just saying

Beware of the management!!!

They are not straightforward people and very unprofessional. In all seriousness, we booked a virtual tour with them only to discover that the apartment was not even available. I was waiting on the Zoom meeting for an hour, and these people were lying that their Zoom link was not working when they had leased out the apartment.

Highly recommend

I recently moved in to the valley manor apartments. The property manager is so sweet and helpful. The apartment was newly renovated I love the updated bathroom and the kitchen with the granite countertops. Overall my move in experience was amazing.
