I give it a 4 and a half

I have lived here for 1 year. I have a 2 bedroom and I love the openness of the living room and the kitchen. My family and friends who have visited me are impressed at how roomy the apartment is. Also if you have an issue it is addressed immediately by the office manager. I give my apartment a 4 and 1/2

Hopkins Court

This apartment was such a god send for me. I had to move from my previous residence and this was in my neighborhood. I stopped in to see the apartment and was very pleased. It was well maintained and clean but best of all I could walk to work. That was something that I didn't expect in the suburbs. I love the high ceilings, the beautiful balcony which overlooks a peaceful huge yard. My furniture was able to fit with no problem, nice wide doorways and halls. I've been here 4 years and have made… so many friends. It is a great place for seniors. I have no plans to move, this is home.

Hopkins Court

Very nice, well managed and well kept. Convenient for my needs, except in winter, I cant clean the snow off the car, due to lung and muscle issues, possibly from my Viet Nam days. Well, due to an increase in income, I no longer get any rent assistance, and was told as of Sept. 1st, on my own. To receive free rent for a year would help me catch up on med. bills. Also it will possibly help me pay for snow removal or a short time in Florida, to dodge the cold and snow.
