I feel the units are overpriced for seniors on fixed incomes. And, the rents go up every year.

The lease says cable and internet included in rent, but when you sign the lease, you have to sign an addition to it which requires you to pay the internet and cable on top of the rent.

Snow removal is awful. There's no place to move your car for many and there is always a few privileged tenants who feel they don't have to move their cars. Hence the snow is not removed from in front of the building... when needed and those who obeyed the rules are unable to move their cars back to closer parking.

Should you move out, beware of costs charged if you own a pet. They will exaggerate and claim issues beyond what they really are and deduct those charges from your deposit.

One of the elevators in one of the buildings constantly had problems and many tenants got stuck in it. They do attempt to fix it, but the issues still occur to the point where many tenants are afraid to use that elevator

Most of the special events and use of the amenities require tenants to walk or drive to the club house. OK in good weather, but inconvenient when weather is bad or hard to navigate in.

Tenants with hearing issues have a tendancy to blast their TV very late at night into the morning hours and they talk very loudly in the halls and in their apartments easily hard by their neighbors.

Overall, it's a nice looking place but I don't feel it's worth the money charged. Good Luck Read More
