Basically you can't find a place like this that will accept most dogs, a landlady who is very open and understanding. Plus if you need anything they are always right there to fix it. I do agree that the smoking is an issue, it does travel fast throughout the buildings especially if you have your windows open.

You do not pay for heat and I am not sure why the other rating said it's cold because it's definitely far from cold in the Winter. Utilities are basically easy to manage every month. It's... close to shops, grocery stores and the neighbors are quiet.

I've lived here the past year and the only thing I can truly complain about is when someone smokes in the building you live in, it drifts through the whole building. Laundry is in a different building, but at least there is on site laundry (though it is expensive at 1.75 for each machine. And only takes quarters, which is a little outdated since many places have switched to the refillable laundry swipe cards). As far as everything else, not too shabby. Never worried about not having a parking... space. Never had to deal with a pest problem or anything of that type. The onsite manager is very understanding, which is more than I can say for people I've dealt with in the past. The heat is included, which is a plus. But it does get cold in the winter.
