Appalling

I was impressed with the man I talked to but when I got to these apartments to look at them I was appalled. I had trouble finding the building because one address number was not in sight. These apartment buildings are run down, all paint is chipped or gone, I saw mold on one balcony roof, tiny OLD window air-conditioners, grass was at least 8 inches tall, all building roofs need replacing and are in such a bad state they probably all leak. I have no idea what the apartments look like because I… could not get past the exterior to enter the interior.
