This property is filled with drug - crack - addicts; drug dealers; thieves, and alcoholics. I've been robbed 5 times (that I know of), and nothing was done about it by landlord. I was robbed by tenants and their squatters downstairs from me -- climbed through my kitchen window 3 times and went in while I was away for a week and one-half. Janitor, known by landlord for decades as a convict, drug dealer, thief, but was still employed here putting all of the tenants at risk -- most of whom have… been robbed by janitor. He was the one who told the losers downstairs from me how to break in. Janitor also has come up to my floor in another bldg from where he lives, and went into my apt. and stole money from atop my counter in kitchen; money from my change jar, and a check that someone wrote out to me that was laying on my desk.

I caught him twice sneaking up when I was out with my dog. Now for a 3 min. run outside, I have to lock my door.

Bad place. Things break, and are never fixed. I was surrounded by black mold for over 3 months before I knew it. I started having symptoms, and then the stupid, lazy landlord did something about it.

Do not recommend living here unless you want to live among the most unsavory people. There are old people who live here too whom I love, but they're not going to live forever, and landlord is NOT fussy about who to let in.
