Amazing place to live in

Peaceful neighborhood. Management are very helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests get dealt with in a short time. Great value for the rent paid. I lived here for 3 years and loved it.

Glad I moved here

I've never had a moving experience go more smoothly. Office staff was helpful and organized, maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable, and I'm proud to invite my friends over because the property is so beautiful. I'm lucky there was availability. 10/10 would recommend

Best Location

I chose this place to be closer to family in Greece and I’m glad I did! Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had no major issues and my minor complaints are always addressed right away. I never have any parking issues like I did at my last place either.

Worst Place Ever

This place is out of date they charge top dollar for rent but dont keep up on maintenance. Management rude and not professional as soon as my rent gets to due date I'm out... wont recommend this place to my worst enemy

Fine when you are there but when you try to leave

This place was fine when I lived there. Nobody bothers you and it's quiet. When I tried to leave they could not be a bigger pain.
I had to move for work. I was moving out of state. I had one and a half months left on my lease and they refused to work with me on it. They made me pay for utilities for that last month even though nobody was living there. I am not even allowed to turn my keys in early. They refuse to accept them until the end of the lease which means I have to mail them from a few… states away, incurring another cost. I am assuming they will find some bogus reason to keep my security deposit. Then they promised me that the parking lot sealing would be completed before my move out date but it was delayed and the exact day I wanted to get a moving truck there I couldn't. So now I have to carry all my belongings down the street to load into the truck.

They literally will not give an inch on anything with helping people out. They look out for themselves and that is it.
