I love it here!
I honestly think anyone with a bad review probably was not the best renter. I just renewed my lease for the first time and I absolutely love my apartment. Maintenance is very nice and efficient. I used to live somewhere that I was AFRAID to call maintenance because the guys were so miserable they were complete jerks to tenants. The first time I called at North Glen I was nervous but they eased all my anxiety! Very nice and professional guys who assured me I didn't need to apologize for calling.… I was excited to renew my lease and look forward to another good year! Jane has been a wonderful community manager, is quick to respond anytime you have a question and genuinely cares that you have a good experience with DBI! It's a refreshing outlook compared to past apartments. I do hate the location of having to do a u-turn every time I come/go (obviously not their fault so I kept it at 5 STARS!).
