Big value, killer location, attentive staff

The rent is reasonable, even with lots of the units being recently updated. The location is perfect - all the benefits of living in downtown Troy but without some of its drawbacks. The staff has been great (and that’s coming from an admittedly tough customer). The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly, especially Demetrius and Alex - my dog loves em lol The front office staff is really great, too. And actually, the office staff were ultimately the selling point for me - customer service can... make or break a living arrangement, plain and simple. Ed in the front office is a great and personable guy, and his predecessor, Joe, was also great, so it seems that Prime has some good staff on their hands. I absolutely recommend River’s Edge.
