When you visit look at the black box rat traps around building. When I complained about a roach I was told "well its worse in texas". I had complained about black mold. They didn't do anything about it for a year.

Ive been staying in park guilderland apartments for little more than 10 months now. The management here is outstanding. Any problems or issues in the apartments are dealt by the management professionally in a timely manner. Rents and other payments can all be done online which is very convenient. Enjoying my stay here!

Despite the outdoorsy setting and strip mall in walking distance, this place is nothing short of deplorable. The management would rather put up a playground during the pandemic than fix the obvious issues that are going on here. Horrible staff and maintenance members who will either not pick up a phone for days or randomly knock on your door at 8AM. The summer time is especially grueling when they seemingly drill holes in the side of your building all morning without warning. Not to mention the... emergency hotline number my partner and I were given by the leasing office is a closed line. There is little to no help god forbid something goes wrong, which it surely does. The maintenance staff is arrogant. The office staff is even worse and they don't listen and are not willing to work with anyone.

There is nothing good about this complex. The office staff is rude, never available and change their story every time you talk to them. I waited two months to get the air conditioner repaired in the middle of the summer. Moved in with old carpet that smelled, cracks in the wall of bathroom, dishwasher that did not work and bedroom window would not lock (first floor). After having enough and not renewing lease, I never received my $500 deposit back. They told me is was used to replace the carpet... and fix the issues the other issues that were there when I moved in. They threaten you very quickly with "attorney fees" and "lawsuit" as soon as you dispute charges or tell them you will move out if something isn't fixed in the apartment. The grounds around the complex are poorly maintained and snow removal can take several days after the snow ends. There are MANY other complexes in the Guilderland area that charge similar prices, offer amenities like pool and fitness center, office staff that don't lie to you and maintenance staff that will do their job.
