Poor management and lack of maintenance
This used to be a very nice place to live but new owners came in and it rapidly declined. The maintenance is basically non existent. I have to weed my own bed. The gutters don’t get maintained so water dumps on the ground outside my bedroom window. The snow removal is horrendous. Weeds and overgrown bushes in the pool area. Terrible customer service by the on site property manager. A lot of the HVAC rooms were poorly maintained and have been leaking so dry wall and insulation is crusted in mold... in several buildings. Overall, not a good place to be.

Poor Management
They messed up our lease agreement and we have been trying to get an updated one for WEEKS now. The apartments themselves are great and very comfortable but management is a mess. ALSO if you care about internet, find somewhere else. The first week they refused to give us the password and username so we didn't have internet for a week. You are only allowed to use their internet which is barely usable. The ethernet ports do not work in all apartments which they conveniently left out until move in... day. For $40 extra a month you can upgrade to FIOS but don't count on them to help you.
