All residents are required to maintain a valid renters insurance policy throughout the duration of the lease term. Proof of coverage must be submitted to and verified by the Landlord prior to the commencement of the move-in process. This policy must be issued by a licensed third-party provider and must explicitly name the Landlord as an 'Additional Interested Party' or 'Interested Party.
