schermerhorn
Been renting for 6 months. Allows pets but with a non refundable 500 deposit. No issues so far with apt. Paint is a little to easy to scuff by just rubbing. Wish paint was higher quality. One closet gets cold in winter no heating vent. Although others have window and vent ours does not. 2 bedroom and central air is nice. Won't be staying pass a year would like a yard for our small dog. Although good first apt so far. Suggest upstairs apt when renting.
