Clean, convenient, and well-maintained

This apartment has been surprisingly quiet at night and I had few problems with my apartment. Any problems were resolved quickly. The convenient location to nearby stores was fantastic, and I always felt that the staff treatedly me fairly.

Preleasing was awesome!

This is my first apartment away from home and I am so happy! I was very nervous to “prelease” last year without seeing the apartment but it turned out better than I expected. My apartment is actually nicer than the office, which is all I was able to see. The staff is so helpful and it is literally easy walking distance to everything. If you’re coming to Cornell I highly recommend!
