The best apt in Ithaca

Everything is perfect!
I highly recommend this place, especially for the family :)

I love three beds on the first floor so I can play and barbeque with my family anytime.

Never disappointed

Moved in this past summer and love where I am. The women in the leasing office are always available and happy to answer any questions and help with anything needed. The apartments are kept well maintained by a just as awesome maintenance team. They welcomed my dog and I with open arms during this crazy pandemic. You won't be disappointed!

Can recommend it

Moved in two weeks ago and everything was perfect. Some small issues were fixed instantly. The staff team at Warrenwood Apartments makes you feel welcome and really cares.

Unresponsive and Unsanitary

They do not respond to service repairs in a timely manner, forcing tenets to live in unsanitary environments for a long period of time. They also do not allow you to view the unit you are leasing prior to signing the lease. I felt duped between the pictures shown and the unit I have to live in.

We thoroughly clean and sanitize the… apartments before move in and it is resident responsibility to keep the home clean.
