I’ve had such a great experience renting my salon space here, and a huge part of that is thanks to Scott. He is an exceptional property manager. He is organized, responsive, attentive, and someone who genuinely cares about both the building and the people in it.
One of my favorite things is how Scott creates such a welcoming sense of community. From keeping dog treats in the hallway to putting out fun holiday goodies throughout the year, it’s the little touches that make the building feel warm... and inviting. You can tell he takes pride in creating a positive environment for everyone.

Communication is always clear, the building is well cared for, and any questions or concerns are handled promptly and professionally. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who truly goes above and beyond to make tenants feel valued.
