Major structural issues

I lived in building two for several years and had ongoing flooding and mold issues. The company was aware that rain storms caused water to seep in through the floor, come in under the front door, and even pour in behind a wall shared with neighbors. Despite replacing the soggy mildew carpet with cheap vinyl planks, using Servpro to dry the moldy wall, and assuring us that they were fixing the underlying drainage issue, the problem persisted throughout our stay and impacted several of our… neighbors during this time. It damaged furniture and clothing beyond repair. Ultimately, properly fixing the cause rather than the symptoms was deemed too expensive, so I think they hope theirs enough turnover that they can feign ignorance the "first" time your apartment floods and then pretend to fix it until you leave. I watched this strategy play out with at least 5 households during our stay. The foundation is cracked, fixtures were outdated, and I can't get past the nasty health issues they allowed to fester. Outside is nicely landscaped and price was semi reasonable for Ithaca area, but I cannot recommend.

Awesome place

It is with pleasure and confidence that I recommend home town’s meadows any person who may looking for a new apartment.
The home towns meadows is doing such a nice job in maintaining their proprieties. Everything about this place is great! ” The new manager Amy and staff are so cooperative and hardworking. She hears and tries to resolves problems and concerns on her early convenience. I really appreciate her efforts and work for the community.

Great place to live, very well-run apartments

The Meadows is a great place to live! Amy in the leasing office is very helpful and made my move-in really smooth. The apartments are spacious, very affordable, in good condition, and in a very convenient location. You're basically a 5-minute drive from all the important stuff in Ithaca (not that there's much in Ithaca, tbh). Highly recommend this complex for anyone but especially for Cornell students and employees, as it's within walking distance of a bus stop (you'll never find parking on… campus anyway).

Spacious 2-floor living in Ithaca

Plentiful room for a 2-bedroom apartment in a very nice area. Really enjoyed my time here and both maintenance and the community manager, Stacy were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The Meadows at Ithaca

Michelle, Stacy, Heather, and the entire maintenance crew have done an excellent job of seeing to my needs as a new tenant! They are super responsive and have bent over backwards to see that everything in my new apartment home is clean, comfortable, and safe. I am happy to give a 5-star recommendation based on kind, thoughtful, and prompt customer service. They are all super nice people!
