No pets are allowed due to owner allergies, and booking guests will be charged an allergen cleaning fee of $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests outside the reservation number are not permitted on the property; if admitted, a $125 per person fee per entrance will apply. Parties or gatherings of any size outside the number of people in the reservation are not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund.
