How Is This Rating Determined?

Comfortable living

Pros: *Landlord is very professional
*Very reasonable pricing (although rent goes up $10 every year and is becoming overpriced)
*Comfortable rooms, not too big but not too small
*Remolded kitchens
*Tons of storage
*Close to everything in town

Cons: *Town sidewalks are mangled
*Parking feels uncomfortable, shared with dumpster
*Washer and dryer in the lower level, BUT has hours of operation, costs $1 to run machines, still cheaper than the laundry mat of course

Its a really good complex, very...
local to shopping and entertainment. Property manager is good at communicating, and the complex is always getting updated. If there was a Maple Knolls in other towns, I would move in again
