This is an excellent building to live in! It has a laundry room onsite, parking garage, and brand new gym! I lived there for a year then moved in with my boyfriend further into queens. I rented a studio on the 17th floor that had all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen was separate from the living space. 3 blocks away from the express trains (E & F).
