The worst place I have ever lived in.

While there is technically an office on the property, it does not matter because there is never anyone in it to actually help you with anything. The phone for the office also does not connect anywhere so you have to struggle to find NBM management's phone number only to be met with very rude responses most of the time. The buildings are gross and rarely cleaned. The building I live in had multiple wasp nests in the hallway for MONTHS. Water pressure is constantly acting up and not all outlets… even function. Windows are not sealed properly making it extremely cold in winter. If you pair all that with not being able to contact anyone about it and it makes for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Buyer Beware.

don’t walk away, RUN away

Don’t be fooled by the pictures.
Buildings are dirty and poorly maintained. Black Mold in all buildings. Crappy appliances that don’t work properly, plumbing issues, electrical issues. Property owners refuse to fix, they’d rather slap a cheap band aid over it and lure the next victim in.
Save yourself the money and frustration and rent from somewhere that isn’t a health and safety hazard.

Maintenance

I hope nobody has to use maintenance because you will have to wait several hours to get anyone to your apartment and call multiple times. This has happened both times we needed them urgently and I have only been here a month. Very frustrating and disappointing.
