I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other families looking for a safe and functional place to live: do not move into this complex. From the day we moved in, it’s been one issue after another — and almost none of them have been resolved.

We moved in to find no toilet installed, a broken shower, holes in the doors, and a literal hole in the bathroom floor. Our unit was never properly cleaned or updated before move-in, despite promises. To this day, we still don’t have... basic things like blinds or functioning bathroom fixtures, while other empty units are fully renovated around us.

We’ve reached out to management multiple times, and while they’re aware of the situation, the issues have either been ignored or brushed off. We’ve had maintenance workers come out, sometimes look at things, but then nothing ever gets fixed. It’s emotionally draining to live in a space that was supposed to be a fresh start for our family but instead feels unsafe and neglected.

Watching other units receive upgrades and repairs while our home remains untouched is incredibly disheartening — especially when we’re paying the same rent. If you’re considering this place, please don’t make the same mistake we did. Look elsewhere where your comfort, safety, and dignity as a tenant will actually be respected. Lee mas

While there is technically an office on the property, it does not matter because there is never anyone in it to actually help you with anything. The phone for the office also does not connect anywhere so you have to struggle to find NBM management's phone number only to be met with very rude responses most of the time. The buildings are gross and rarely cleaned. The building I live in had multiple wasp nests in the hallway for MONTHS. Water pressure is constantly acting up and not all outlets... even function. Windows are not sealed properly making it extremely cold in winter. If you pair all that with not being able to contact anyone about it and it makes for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Buyer Beware. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.
Buildings are dirty and poorly maintained. Black Mold in all buildings. Crappy appliances that don’t work properly, plumbing issues, electrical issues. Property owners refuse to fix, they’d rather slap a cheap band aid over it and lure the next victim in.
Save yourself the money and frustration and rent from somewhere that isn’t a health and safety hazard.

I hope nobody has to use maintenance because you will have to wait several hours to get anyone to your apartment and call multiple times. This has happened both times we needed them urgently and I have only been here a month. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Property is clean, and close to everything I need! Staff is helpful.
