A spiral staircase from the dining room leads to the basement, which is narrow and not recommended for elderly or mobility-challenged guests, but there is one bedroom and bathroom on the entry level of the home.
This home features a modern kitchen with updated appliances and a large dining space, multiple living rooms with HDTV and streaming capabilities, a full tennis ball court with night lighting, a fire pit, multiple outdoor seating areas, a large grassy area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
The heated pool is available for an additional $50 per day with a request one week prior. Kosher amenities are available upon request. The house is walkable to a minyan.
Only minutes from Bethel Woods, Resorts World Casino, and Monticello Raceway, this hidden gem is near many hiking trails and recreational activities, close to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions. It is also a 90-minute drive from MetLife Stadium, the site of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Quiet hours are in place from 9 pm to 9 am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. No smoking is allowed in the house, and there is a $500 penalty for violation. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure, and there is a $35 fee per hour. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out incurs a $300 penalty. The driveway fits 7 cars, and guests should not park on the road. This home has a small water heater that can comfortably support around five to six showers in close succession, so if you are traveling with a larger group, plan showers in intervals so the hot water has time to replenish. Because the pool heater runs on propane, advance notice is needed to arrange a propane delivery, and the pool cannot be guaranteed unless it is confirmed and paid for in advance. The pool may close after September 1, depending on the weather. The home’s maximum capacity is 15 registered guests.
