Yuck
The building "lobby" (particularly in 10 Franklin, not sure about 20 Franklin) has smelled like sewage since Hurricane Sandy - almost TEN years ago! Literally, it smells like a combination of a hot dumpster fire, soiled baby diapers, and high tide. Management co is cheap and uncaring and simply just money hungry.
