On the Boardwalk and on the Beach
That is the best feature of this apartment, most of the balcony apartments have ocean views, but the building is not well maintained and is old, everyone has a dog, though not allowed per the lease. Management company is non-responsive when repairs are needed which they are often Rent is comparable to other buildings in the area.
