SCAM !!!!!!!!! Terrible Experience – Beware of Hidden Fees!

Kensington Place was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They hit me with $300 in hidden holding fees that were never mentioned until the last minute after approval. The approval process dragged on for way too long over 4 days, with zero communication or accountability.

To make matters worse, Aline was extremely unprofessional rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful throughout the process. It felt like they couldn’t care less about potential tenants.

Save yourself the headache and look... elsewhere. This place is a complete waste of time and money.

Beware of hidden fees and broken equipment

It's in such a great area and the apartments themselves are a wonderful but the number of broken amenities and lack thereof really showed a false representation of what they were going for as well the increase in rent every year makes it really just a 1-year thing if you have roommates, it is good though

Beautiful Amenities

Such a great community. It has everything that you need so close by. Love the people that work in the office and my neighbors are great!

Good location

The Kensington Place is situated in a good location with department stores supermarkets and many more stores. I lived there for almost 2 years. Concierge Normeen and Tara are excellent employees for the residential property

Amazing Staff

The care and efficiency of a staff who work as a team is what makes the difference here at the Kensington. Always inviting, pleasant and willing to help. The role up their sleeves and make things happen for the residents here. The maintenance team is also thorough and professional. They will wear masks on entering and assist in any way possible.

The team here is truly great!
