The rates for a 1-bedroom apartment range from $1,525.00-$1,600.00 per month. Our 2-bedroom units range from $1,775.00-$2,025.00 per month. We do require a Security Deposit which varies according to the rate of the monthly rent of the apartment. There is also a Pet fee. We allow up to 2 cats with a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per cat, along with a $25.00 monthly pet rent fee per cat. We do not allow dogs.

We were in the first group to move into this apartment complex June 1st. So far we are very pleased with our decision. Maintenance is quick to respond to any repair needs. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help out. They now have a shuttle service to take you anywhere in Saratoga County to shop, Dr's appointment or wherever. Two elevators, a library, community room and work out area. Apartments are nice, and quiet. Come and join this relaxed living with us.
