Beautiful and Safe Apartments in rural area & Shenendehowa School District

King Isle Apartments in Round Lake is wonderful! We have been there for over five years and love every moment. Things I love about it:
1. It is quiet, bright and well maintained
2. Located on 67 just minutes from the Clifton Park Shopping area and Bass Pro Shop
3. Around the corner from the Kayak launch ramp of Round Lake.
4. Safe to walk around the complex. Beautiful views of lake and surrounding wildlife
5. Close to the entrance of the bike path that goes through Round Lake, Ballston Spa... to Saratoga.
6. Staff are Responsive to issues involving maintainance.
7. 10 min drive to Saratoga Lake
8. Incredible neighbors

Absolutely Wonderful Apartment to Live In!

We are retired and sold our home, moving into King Isle Apartments 4 years ago. Our 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apt is spacious, well insulated and quiet. The views of the preserve and Round Lake are peaceful & beautiful. There is a Kayak ramp for Round Lake at the end of the road right next to the apartment complex. You can rent kayaks less than a mile away. Besides a local Stewart's there are two grocery stores within 3 miles. Management has been very responsive to our questions or concerns. ... Snow is removed immediately and I've never had to shovel out my porch or car. The gas fireplace adds warmth and charm to every apartment when needed. I can't recommend King Isle enough... especially for a retired person or couple looking to downsize and eliminate home Maintainance! I feel blessed to live here.

Not luxury like they say.

Nothing to offer for the price, no gym no pool, cheap appliances , including mini refrigerator, cheap carpet, cheap countertops and can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Horrible place to live, RUN,

Great service

I moved into these apartments just a few months ago. The young lady, Alicia, that had initially showed the apartment was very nice and pleasant to talk to. After agreeing to take the apartment I then spoke to another very sweet lady named Rebecca. Any time I have had a question Rebecca has been my go to person and she has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The apartments are very nice, cozy, easy to decorate and quiet too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a nice,... peaceful apartment with great views. So I would like to say thank you to Rebecca and Alicia for making my new home easy to get into and a pleasant transition as well.

Rude new manager

The place is poorly built. New manager is very disrespectful. At first glance it looks like a nice place. Do not move here!
