My dad lived there for over 10 years. He enjoyed the Friday coffee socials, weekly card games, the various parties at the pool and clubhouse. Rosena is the most amazing person, very kind and professional. The apartments are big and spacious nestled in a nice location. He loved living there!

I have been living here over 4 years. Best management I have ever seen. Rosena and Shari are dedicated friendly staff members that get things done. Before pandemic always had Friday coffee cafe with cakes, cookies and more. Parties with live music throughout the year. Games played daily in clubhouse. Rosena loves to entertain her residents and is very caring. Rosena and Shari are always upbeat and fun to be around. Maintenance are always there and are efficient. I have no issues with any of the... staff members and I love living here with my wife and son . I highly recommend this community!!!!

I’ve lived at Pinewoods for over 15 years. There’s been changes in management, maintenance, and upgraded TV/internet service to Optimum. The rooms are big for an apartment and they all have walk in closets. I really like it here, but the one complaint they’ll never fix is extra parking.

I have lived here one year now and have nothing but positive things to say about the Pinewoods staff! They are attentive , respectful and effective in helping with whatever issues might come up. The maintenance staff is available around the clock for any emergencies that might arise, even on holiday weekends! It's obvious to me that they work hard, as a team, making sure their tenants are happy.
Regarding internet service, they recently had Cablevision service made available, so bravo!

This place is poorly run and not worth the price. Apartments are paper thin and you can hear the neighbor's conversations and management does a very poor job of running the building.
