Having been born and raised in Orange County, I learned to appreciate the beauty of our area from a young age. Today my love of nature continues as I avidly mountain bike throughout the region as well as hike the local mountain ranges on a regular basis. It was this admiration of the Hudson Valley that led me to choose to remain in the area so that I could not only work, but also raise my own family in the place that I truly love. My introduction into the real estate profession was unlike most others; however, I believe it was what has allowed me to bring a unique and unmatched experience to the field. I first realized my passion for real estate shortly after obtaining my Bachelors in Science degree from SUNY Oneonta where I studied both history and anthropology. Immediately upon graduation I took a position working in the construction industry, allowing me to obtain firsthand knowledge of the complexities of exactly what goes into the makings of a home. It was during this time in my life that I realized how my distinctive knowledge could help others with their housing needs; whether they be first time buyers, those looking to sell and downsize or someone wanting to custom build and I wanted to make a difference. Since first obtaining my real estate license I have grown from agent to broker and am now the proud owner of Realty Promotions. I have been consistently ranked among the top 5 producers in the Hudson Valley, selling on average over 100 properties each year. I have experience in both residential and commercial land development and have spearheaded many of the new communities throughout Orange, Sullivan and Ulster County. While I am pleased with these accomplishments, I believe my greatest professional achievement has been receiving remarkable feedback from both current and past customers.
