Mulberry Square

The apartment complex is well kept and the units are a good size. The people you deal with for rental and maintenance are excellent - I have had nothing but good experiences with them. However, the landlord/owner needs to update the appliances. They are all 20 years old (I checked the serial numbers online) which means they work but not well. In one year living here, the heat wasn't working twice, the oven stopped working, I had no hot water, the refrigerator freezes food put in the back (but... the freezer is not at 0 degrees as recommended), and the AC can't keep the unit at a decent temp because it's not sized properly. They fixed everything except the fridge and AC promptly as both still "work". If not for these problems, I would love it here. And it's still probably the best value for your rental $ in New Paltz.
