Going downhill

I've lived here for approximately 9 years. At first it was a pleasure. the people were nice and the grounds/building was maintained fairly. Over the course of the last 4 years there has been a serious decline. Paint is chipping everywhere, it's dirtier and they just keep charging more money. It will be my last year here.

Our home

This is a good building, perfect for me because it is close to work. About 6-minute walk away from grocery store and not far away from CVS pharmacy and Home Depot. If you have kids, this building has its own playground and is also surrounded by parks (a good 10 to 15-minute walk away from Glen Island Park). The unit itself is good considering the age of the building. Appliances are new when we moved in. Bathtub, shower, toilet, sink are working well. Called maintenance twice for window… guards and a clogged tub and responded quickly. Walking around New Rochelle is not a problem even with a stroller because of user-friendly sidewalks.

Super Spacious & Bright

I've lived here for 5 plus years and I can't complain. Beautiful hard wood floors, great closet space and quiet complex. Only complaint is sometimes the lobby door doesn't close on its own. I would recommend especially while saving to purchase. It is also close to the water and scenic views
