15 Cliff has been great, aside from the elevator service. One weekend both elevators were down and it was extremely inconvenient, especially since I had guest planned to stay for a wedding in Brooklyn.

Eh...
Elevators are ALWAYS broken. So be prepared to walk up and down the stairs very often. The thing about the building is that it should be nice, but the maintenance and management staff are terrible. It's not worth the money - I would take your business elsewhere if you're looking in the Financial District.

Renovated Building in the Heart of FiDi
A building right down the street from a full supermarket, close to the Fulton station and the South Street Seaport. The newly refinished apartments are clean, bright, and are simplistic enough to let anyone easily make it their own. The building is smaller than most in the area, giving it a more personal feel, and with a stunning view of midtown skyscrapers AND the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges from the roof, you'll feel like the city is yours, all from the comfort of your new metropolitan... living space.
