Violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months, with a furnished lease preferred. You will either be personally greeted by a team member or provided with self check-in instructions.
