Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable double-sized bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets and windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month. Between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku Streaming Box. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit.

For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone.
