Featured in countless novels and films, there is a good deal of prestige that comes from having a Sutton Place address. There are two parks overlooking the river, making it a beautiful spot for a stroll. As far as shopping and dining are considered, the neighborhood is within walking distance of many upscale destinations. Head to Fifth Avenue or Lexington for a sophisticated evening out.
