DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.
The apartment SMELLS and the packages keep getting stolen. My floor has had a cigarette smell for years from the neighbors who chain smoke and management keeps “writing letters” but not actually enforcing the no smoking policy.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to deal with persistent odors and package theft, and we sincerely apologize for the... impact these issues have had on your living experience.
When the smoke compliant was brought to our attention we took action right away. While we have been addressing this with reminders and letters to tenants, we will escalate our efforts and take more immediate action to ensure the no-smoking policy is enforced effectively. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable living space for all residents, and we’re committed to resolving this issue.
Regarding the package theft, we've have been continuously working to prevent this from happening and will continue to do so.

The laundry room has been next to unusable for months. Management knows this is an issue but for some reason is fine with only one of six washing machines working

The building is a mess. Everything breaks. Neighborhood is messy. I wish I lived closer to central East Village, and for the price I could have.

Great place to live and it’s well taken care of! I highly recommend living here as we’ve been tenants for 8 years! The only caveat is we need new washing machines or a new company to service the machines.

Building is a mess
This apt has had so many issues. They fix only what they can get away with. Never any explanation to why but something always breaks and doesn’t get fixed.
