Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we’re very sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you've experienced. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to deal with persistent odors and package theft, and we sincerely apologize for the... impact these issues have had on your living experience.

When the smoke compliant was brought to our attention we took action right away. While we have been addressing this with reminders and letters to tenants, we will escalate our efforts and take more immediate action to ensure the no-smoking policy is enforced effectively. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable living space for all residents, and we’re committed to resolving this issue.

Regarding the package theft, we've have been continuously working to prevent this from happening and will continue to do so.
