Amazing Service & View

Not only does the Avalon provide superior service with service calls and the doormen being very polite and helpful, but the views from the apartments are amazing. My apartment has a clear view of both the Chrysler building and the Empire State Building. The rooftop is kept in pristine shape and the apartment is animal friendly. It is very quiet even though the building is large. This is difficult to accomplish in NYC. Overall, I give it 10/10.

The Best Apartment & Location

Out of the 6 apartments I have lived in NYC, this was by far my favorite. I had a studio on the 7th floor. The appliances work beautifully, it was quiet, and barely anyone was in the laundry rooms. The rooftop patio has gorgeous views of the city, and lounge chairs to relax on. The gym is small but very few people were every in it. I belong to 24 hour fitness down the street, which was convenient. Speaking of which, you have Wholefoods directly across the street, and so many amazing coffee… shops/ restaurants/bars in the area. I could go on forever. Safe neighborhood with a lot going on. If you can afford the high rent, do it, you will not regret it. PS. check the avalon site for correct details of the building because some of the details in the box above are wrong (there's 8 floors, and a pool table, not a swimming pool).
