Broadyke Apartments

We discovered Inwood by accident - we were looking down in the 150s and everything we could afford was tiny or horrible. Then our agent suggested checking out Inwood. What fantastic advice! This is a vibrant neighbourhood, rapidly up-and-coming. It has great independent stores and services, combined with walking access to two beautiful parks, and it's still affordable. Better than all of that, our building is amazing - also found by chance, when we bumped into the manager in the street while... looking to move after our first apartment in the neighbourhood. The public areas, including the quiet landscaped courtyard, are immaculately kept. The super is great: he responds to all inquiries quickly and takes in packages for everyone. Our apartment is beautiful, with many of its original features, and surprisingly quiet. We have more hot water and heat than we can use!
