How Is This Rating Determined?

8/16/15

Overpriced, crowded neighbor with few amenities

London Terrace was once a thriving building in a beautiful Chelsea neighborhood, but times have changed and so has the neighborhood. The building has become more and more expensive while offering fewer and fewer amenities. Additionally, children run around the halls of the lobby, out of control of parents. The neighborhood has been destroyed for residents by the Highline. It's like Times Square with tourist crowding the streets and giant buses and gridlock surrounding the building. While the... Highline seems to have helped the local businesses, it has destroyed the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood. With the exceptionally high prices of rent and few amenities, it's just not worth it to live here.
