The only good thing about this place is the club lounge, which anybody can join (not just residents)! Management doesn't bother to respond to emails or phone calls. My apartment has needed more repairs in my first 6 months than I've ever needed in any other apartment I lived in. Repairmen start working at early hours in the morning and nobody bothers to let you know that they will be hammering or drilling - you'll just be rudely woken up. Nothing is ever done about the children that are running... around the halls and ringing doorbells even though almost everyone on my floor has complained about this. I have lived here for 2 years and the building is generally quiet and restful. The tenants mainly stay to themselves. The building is modern and the front desk staff are typically friendly and seem to remember you. The building offers a lot of amenities such as a Health Club with a pool, cleaners, market, underground parking, bicycle storage and a concierge although I cannot recommend them because I have never used them and their office seems to typically be empty. Each unit comes with a small... washer/dryer and maintenance works quick to address your concerns. The neighborhood has a lot of things to do and places to eat.
