Why Haven't You Moved Here Yet?
This is truly the most incredible building I've ever lived in. My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and called it our oasis. First off, the staff is incredible--Phil and Daniel are the best and Lauren and Paul are fabulous too. There's a state of the art gym with sauna run by Crunch, a rooftop with sweeping city views and a magical garden that wraps around the whole rooftop. There's breakfast served every week day: bagels, coffee, tea, and muffins in the rec room which has a roaring… fireplace, a bar, and a bookshelf you can borrow books from in addition to a pool table. Our apartment itself was brand new, huge kitchen, and views of the city skyline that people dream about. Our ceilings were super high, we had a speaker system throughout the apartment (even in the bathroom!) and the wood floors are beautiful. Every time we submitted an issue maintenance would be there within a few hours to fix it. Doormen always help you with your bags, package service is great, and the building is always sparkling clean. We just moved to Los Angeles but if we had stayed in New York I'm pretty sure we would have stayed in this apartment for another ten years. My only complaint is that you can't buy a place there!
