No good
People should not even be paying that much for these apartments.. Mice infested.. Roach infested.. And they have a big ant infestation... Hallway light not working.. Was told they don't have money to buy lights.. Should not be.. Not with all the money people paying for these apts. The workers in the office are rude and nasty... Please be careful.. Who wants Ants crawling everywhere in these apts.

Manhattan apartment
I live on the 3rd floor of a three story building. My apartment has two rooms, a bathroom, a living room connected to a kitchen. The building doesn't have any elevator which makes it very hard to get to the 3rd floor especially when one has things to carry up. Another thing that is not so convenient is the fact that the apartment is very small. It barely accommodates all our stuff, reason for which everywhere is often messy. It also looks like it needs to be painted cause it seems like it hasn't... been painted for a long time. the positive thing about the apartment is that the kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated. We got new tiles in the kitchen with new sink, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, and stove. In the bathroom we got a new toilet seat as well with new sinks, mirror, and tiles. Also contrary to many other apartments I know, we can control the heat in our apartment during winter ourselves by adjusting it as we want. Overall my apartment is okay compared to many others but it still needs improvement.
