Lite Luxury
Really great building for a TRUE two bedroom that is "affordable" for the neighborhood. They kept the rent below the area's average by providing no amenities. No gym, no fancy roof deck... There is laundry in the basement, but the one elevator that goes there is often out of commission so you must take the stairs. Doorman are really more like concierges. Building staff is really nice though. Kitchen has stainless appliances and nice cabinets. Bathroom is small, but with luxury finishes. SUPER... close to the subway station.
