The View of Life

This residential property has evolved in tge past few years. We are only 20 minutes from LGA airport on an Express Bus for 2.75 and 3 blocks from the 4,5 Express Subway Train & the 6 Local Train. Costco is only 5 blocks away and the Police & Fire Departments are right around the corner. The building is pet friendly and there is a laundry facility on site with security and friendly management. I can watch the planes land and take off from my balcony and I have a view of the Bronx, Queens,… Brooklyn and Manhattan and 3 bridges. Come and take a look for yourself....
